Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. walnut meats
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Mix margarine, sugar, flour and nuts together to make a crumb mixture.
Reserve 1 cup.
Press remainder into 8-inch square pan and bake at 305\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes until brown.
Let cream cheese soften and mix with other ingredients.
Spread over baked crust.
Sprinkle with reserved topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
