Hot Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. taco sauce
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 1/4 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
corn or nacho chips
Preparation

Cook and stir ground
beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is brown.
Drain if necessary.
Stir in taco sauce, beans and 1 cup of cheese.
Heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
Pour
into dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top in the form of
a ring.
Serve with chips.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups of dip.
