Pinto Fiesta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    2 c. cooked pinto beans, mashed
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    2 c. diced raw apples, peeled
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to 375\u00b0.
    Cream the sugar and margarine. Add beaten
    egg
    whites.
    Add mashed beans and mix well.
    Sift all dry
    ingredients including spices together.
    Add to sugar mixture. Add
    apples,
    raisins,
    chopped walnuts and vanilla. Pour into lightly oiled 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
