Boar Spareribs With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

boar spareribs
1 large can sauerkraut
3 strips bacon, diced
2 apples, sliced
1 tsp. caraway seed
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cover bottom of a roasting pan with sauerkraut.
Place over it bacon, apples and the boar ribs.
Sprinkle with caraway seed, salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
