Ingredients

1 c. regular oats
1 c. quick cooking barley
1 c. bulgur or cracked wheat
1 c. dried apricots, snipped or dried cranberries
1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix and store in an airtight container.
In a small saucepan, bring 1 1/3 cups water to a boil.
Stir mix; add 2/3 cup of cereal mixture to boiling water.
Reduce heat and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.
