Dolma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground lamb
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 to 5 canned tomatoes plus juice
    3/4 can tomato sauce
    3/4 chopped green pepper
    2 to 3 cloves crushed garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. rice
    1 lemon (juice for cooking)
    1/4 c. water
    4 to 5 squash
    4 to 5 bell peppers
    4 to 5 firm tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix together first 9 ingredients with the 1/4 cup water and stuff the squash, bell peppers and tomatoes.
    Arrange in pan and add water to top of Dolmas.
    Add salt and juice of one lemon. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes to one hour.
