Tangy Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. liverwurst
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. Texas Pete
Preparation
    Mash liverwurst in a bowl.
    Blend in mayonnaise, onion and hot sauce (more or less to taste).
    Cover and chill; serve with crackers of choice.
