French Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 strips crushed saltines (there are 4 strips in a 1 lb. box)
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix together pork, onion, salt, pepper and celery.
    Cover with water and cook, covered, for 1 hour on low heat.
    Then add spices and crushed crackers, stir and let cool.
