Rosy Red Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can grapefruit-pineapple juice
    1 qt. ginger ale, chilled
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. red hot cinnamon candies
Preparation
    Heat 1 cup juice with sugar and candy.
    Combine with remaining juice and chill thoroughly.
    Just before serving, add chilled ginger ale.
    Serves 20.
