Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 small can pimiento
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small onion
    1 egg
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    16 saltine crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Add mushroom soup, egg (well beaten), cheese, butter, salt, sugar and pimiento.
    Blend.
    Pour in greased 2-quart baking dish and bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
