Scrumptious Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up or 4 to 6 breasts
1 bottle Russian salad dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (6 to 8 oz.) jar peach or apricot preserves

Preparation

Place chicken in a greased casserole.
Mix together next 3 ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover with foil or lid.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is done.
