Breakfast Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    6 slices bread, cut into cubes
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain excess fat.
    Allow to cool.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Add bread cubes and mix until bread is moistened.
    Add cheese, sausage and mushrooms; stir.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    At this point casserole can be refrigerated overnight.
    When ready to bake, cook in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
