Beef And Mushrooms Filled Gougere - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. chopped thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried leaf thyme, crushed
salt and freshly ground pepper
1/4 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
eggs
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped, fresh mushrooms
1 garlic clove
3/4 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Brown ground beef in medium skillet. Drain.
Add mushrooms, onions, garlic and thyme.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Set aside.
