Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. apple juice
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 qt. pie apples
1 pt. oatmeal
1 pt. self-rising flour
1 pt. light brown sugar
2 sticks oleo, melted
Preparation

Mix 1/4 cup flour with sugar, salt and cinnamon; stir into apples.
Pour into a large pan.
Mix dry ingredients with melted oleo until crumbly.
Place on top of apples and pat down gently. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
Serve hot or cold.
Serves 20 to 25.
