Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. soft butter
1 egg
1 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. salted Spanish peanuts
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder and soda.
Gradually add sugar to butter in bowl, creaming until light and fluffy.
Add egg and beat well.
Gradually add dry ingredients, blending well after each ingredient.
Stir in oats, coconut, peanuts and cornflakes.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets.
Flatten slightly with bottom of glass dipped in additional crushed cornflakes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
