Kielbasa, Potato And Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large red and/or green bell peppers
    2 medium onions
    8 small red potatoes
    12 oz. kielbasa or smoked sausage
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    parsley
    1/2 c. heavy cream (optional)*
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Slice peppers and onions into wedges (or 1 inch pieces).
    Halve potatoes; cut kielbasa into 1 inch slices. Put all ingredients in large baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss with oil.
    Cover and bake 60 minutes.
