Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation

Cream shortening, vanilla, margarine, sugar and egg.
Add flour, salt, soda and yogurt.
Add poppy seed.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with some sugar.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
