Pumpkin Bran Muffins(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 c. raisin bran cereal
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
Preparation
    Spray 12 muffin cups with a nonfat cooking spray.
    In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
    In a large bowl using a wire whisk, beat egg substitute.
    Stir in pumpkin, cereal, milk and corn syrup. Add to flour mixture; stir until well blended.
    Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Cool in pan 5 minutes.
