Pink Cloud Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 small box strawberry Jell-O (any flavor can be used)
1 small carton Cool Whip
1 small carton cottage cheese (small curd)
Preparation

Put pineapple, sugar and Jell-O in pan.
Bring to a boil. Cool to room temperature.
Then fold in cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
Pour in a 6-cup mold.
