Summer Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium zucchini
    1 large tomato
    1 medium sweet onion
    dried bread crumbs
    Italian seasoning (optional)
    2 kinds cheese, shredded or thinly sliced (your choice)
Preparation
    Slice vegetables thin.
    Slice onion very thin.
    Layer vegetables in a greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with dried bread crumbs and Italian seasoning.
    Put a layer of cheeses over this and repeat sequence.
    Cheddar, Muenster, Mozzarella, Provolone and Parmesan all work well in this recipe; choose any combination that suits your taste.
