Carrot And Onion Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag carrots, grated
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes, chopped
    1 Tbsp. cream or milk
Preparation
    Place carrots in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt butter and saute onion until tender. Add sugar and salt. Add parsley and mix well.
    Spread onion mixture over carrots.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
    Add cream and bake 5 to 8 more minutes. Serve hot.
    Serves 4 to 6.
