Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. diced apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
3 c. flour

Preparation

Cream oil, sugar, eggs and salt. Add soda and vanilla.
Add nuts, raisins and apples.
Add flour and cinnamon last!
Bake in tube pan 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
