Creamy Garden Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large carrots, sliced
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese (1/2 Mozzarella and 1/2 Cheddar)
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
Preparation

Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces.
Add carrots, bacon, onion and cheese.
In small bowl, mix Miracle Whip, sugar, vinegar and bacon drippings.
Pour over vegetables and stir to coat.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
