Stuffed, Baked Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 zucchini squash
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. quick oatmeal
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic flakes
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Parboil squash; cool, cut lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
    Mix all other ingredients except cheese.
    Stuff into split squash. Top with cheese.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until meat is brown and cheese melted.
    Can freeze and bake later.
