Quick Yellow Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1 large egg
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a bowl and beat for two minutes at medium speed.
Scrape sides of bowl while beating.
Pour into greased and floured 8-inch square pan.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until it passes the toothpick test.
