Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. carrots, grated
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. (small can) crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Test with a toothpick.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
