Ingredients

2 c. biscuit mix
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1 1/3 c. club soda
Preparation

Preheat griddle or heavy skillet.
Use 1/4 measuring cup for regular size pancakes.
Use a tablespoon for dollar size pancakes. When bubbly and a little dry around the edge, turn over and brown other side.
Serve hot, with butter and syrup.
Cook any unused batter.
Freeze pancakes and just reheat.
They are like fresh ones.
