Shrimp Marinara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    good dash of cayenne
    1 large can crushed Italian tomatoes with or without basil
    2 lb. raw shrimp
    4 c. hot cooked rice or pasta if preferred
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In oil, saute garlic; add spices and crushed tomatoes.
    Simmer until sauce is reduced.
    Add shrimp that have been peeled and deveined.
    Cook for a few minutes until shrimp are tender.
    Serve over rice or pasta.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
