Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    3/4 c. rice
    1 tomato, sliced
    1 can beef bouillon
Preparation
    Place raw rice in casserole.
    Brown chops in skillet and place on rice.
    Place onion, tomato and pepper on each chop.
    Pour beef bouillon over this.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add water, if desired.
