Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 chopped apple
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. ice cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease an 8-inch pie pan.
Beat egg with sugar until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir in nuts, apple and vanilla.
Bake in prepared pan 35 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
