Chicken-Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked and diced chicken or turkey
    1 lb. fine noodles, cooked
    1 large can creamed corn
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 cans chopped olives (4 oz.)
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped and juice
    1 cube margarine
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Drain and rinse.
    Cook bell peppers, onions and garlic in melted margarine until just tender.
    Mix in all other ingredients.
    Pour into a 10 x 14-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (be generous).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This freezes well.
