Alecha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3 c. onions
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender and golden.
    Mix ginger, curry, salt, garlic and tomato paste to water.
    Add to onion mixture.
    Add 2 to 3 pounds of chicken to sauce; simmer until chicken is done.
    Serve over rice.
    Skinless chicken breasts work very well in this recipe.
