Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms and juice
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    cooked rice for 6
Preparation
    Stir all together (except chicken and rice) and pour over chicken.
    Cook uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serve over rice.
