Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 whole eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. milk
    grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Cream butter or margarine.
    Add sugar and flour which have been sifted together.
    Continue creaming until fluffy.
    Add eggs, mixing until blended.
    Add milk, lemon juice and rind.
    Pour into shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes longer, or when knife comes out clean.
