Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. oil
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/3 c. cold water
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients
together
in a large bowl.
Make a well in center.
Pour
in
oil, pumpkin and water.
Blend well with an electric mixer.
Add
eggs,
one
at
a
time, beating after each. Pour into
2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Cool loaves on a wire rack.
