Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add to other mixture.
    Form into 1-inch balls. Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
    Place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
