Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    7 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add potatoes, beaten eggs and salt.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add to mixture.
    Beat well and add to flour, a little at a time, until all is used.
    Mix thoroughly and let stand until dough has doubled in size.
    Punch down, cover and place in refrigerator.
