Holiday Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    celery
    onion
    small meatballs
    escarole
    carrots
Preparation
    Make chicken soup with celery, onion, carrots, chicken, salt, pepper and parsley.
    After soup is done, debone chicken. Remove fat and skin.
    Cut into small pieces. Add to soup.
    Add meatballs and simmer for 10 minutes, then add cooked escarole.
    Simmer for 10 more minutes.
    Serve topped with grated cheese.
    Delicious!
