Muffin Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
2 jars Hormel Real Bacon Pieces
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. basil
6 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans Hungry Jack Flake biscuits
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix first 6 ingredients together. For each muffin, press 1/2 of a biscuit in a mini muffin tin. Add heaping teaspoon of filling. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes. Makes 40-48.
