Baked Ham With Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice smoked ham (1-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    apples
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix mustard, pepper and brown sugar.
    Rub over ham slice. Place in a baking dish.
    Core apples.
    Cut them in 1/2-inch slices.
    Cover the ham thickly with the apples.
    Sprinkle with the sugar.
    Cover the bottom of the pan with water.
    Cover pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and let top brown.
