Rolls(40% Bran Flake Cereal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/2 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. bran cereal
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over Crisco.
Add sugar, salt and bran.
Dissolve yeast in one cup lukewarm water.
Add yeast mixture to bran mixture.
Beat in eggs.
Add flour and mix until large ball forms.
Place dough in large greased bowl and let rise 2 hours or until doubled in size.
Punch down.
At this point, you can refrigerate or roll out and make into rolls.
Let rise (approximately 1 hour) and bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 or until browned.
