Spring Pea And Mint Spread(Low-Fat; Use In Place Of Guacamole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. (1 lb.) thawed frozen sweet peas, drained
    1/2 c. unflavored yogurt
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 c. lightly packed fresh mint leaves
    2 Tbsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
    Whirl all ingredients in a food processor until blended (but not pureed).
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
    Spread on party bread.
    Great accompaniment to cheese and crackers.
