Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium squash (zucchini or yellow), grated
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cornbread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1 c. cheese, grated (Longhorn is good)
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender; drain off water.
    Add margarine, salt, pepper, sour cream and 2 cups of cornbread crumbs or stuffing.
    Butter casserole dish and line bottom with remaining 2 cups of cornbread crumbs or stuffing.
    Pour squash mixture into dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
    Add cheese; bake until cheese is melted.
