Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. margarine
    4 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    3/4 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    garlic powder to taste
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 diced jalapeno peppers
    2 tsp. jalapeno sauce
    16 oz. grated Velveeta
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan over low.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
    Stir in paprika, cumin, mustard, garlic powder, chili powder, milk, jalapeno pepper and sauce; blend thoroughly.
    Add cheese gradually, stirring, until mixture is smooth.
