Minced Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
1/3 c. bread crumbs or 10 crackers)
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can Underwood deviled ham
1 lb. ground beef
22 oz. minced pie filling
1/3 c. apple juice or cider
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine eggs, bread crumbs, ham, salt and pepper.
Add ground beef and mix well.
Shape mixture into 6 dozen tiny meatballs. Place in shallow baking pan.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until done at 375\u00b0.
Cool.
Remove from pan.
Cover and chill.
When ready to serve, combine pie filling, juice and vinegar; heat until bubbly. Add meatballs.
Keep warm, adding juice if becomes too thick.
