Turkey Or Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. elbow spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. milk or 1 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. sherry
    5 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 c. halved pitted olives (optional)
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti and drain.
    Pour oil over spaghetti and toss. Mix soups and milk.
    Stir meat, mushrooms, peppers and olives. Stir in spaghetti.
    Pour into a casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Sprinkle with almonds during last 10 minutes of baking.
    Makes 12 servings.
