Cucumber Stick Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    3 3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    4 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    4 tsp. turmeric
    3/4 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Wash and cut small cucumbers into eighths.
    Pour boiling water over them and leave overnight.
    Next morning, drain and pack in jars.
