Peach Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    5 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk*
    5 or more peaches
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Cut in Crisco.
    Beat egg; add milk.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    This should be like a muffin mixture.
    Put in greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Arrange sliced peaches, which have been peeled, on top in rows.
    Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.
    Bake in a hot oven at 400\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with powdered sugar.
