Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. oatmeal *
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix the flour, oatmeal, salt, soda and baking powder.
Mix all together. Add the chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts.
Make into golf ball size cookies.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
