Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. oil
3 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift flour, soda and salt.
Ad sugar, eggs, oil and buttermilk.
Stir to blend.
Fold in bananas and nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325\u00b0.
